We have a two-guest-per-student limit because the theater cannot let us exceed its seating capacity, and we want everyone who wins an award to be able to attend. See the time and place of the grades 6–8 ceremony and the grades 9–12 ceremony.
Available Judge Feedback Forms for students will be sent to the teacher as soon as our volunteers can sort through all the forms. Please be patient.

The 2014 Fair Database is closed. Please review the Student or Teacher pages of this website for the current information about the fair. We look forward to seeing you March 11th between Noon and 6 PM at the South Hall of the San Jose Convention Center to set up your Display board and register on site. Only projects with a Project Status of ‘Accepted’ will be eligible.
Registration for the 2014 Championship is closed. Please look for the Project Status of your project. If your project is listed as ‘Incomplete’, respond to the email requests which have been made to your teacher from the SRC review of projects.
Hundreds of projects are being reviewed. Please be patient. Look for Project Status changes beginning to appear on this website following Feb 10. It is too late for projects that should have received pre-approval—they will be listed as “Failed to Qualify”.
Projects received prior to Jan 18th for SRC pre-approval have been reviewed. If your project is not listed in Project Status by the morning of Tuesday the 21st contact fairmanager@science-fair.org. Regrettably, many projects were not complete and we will send out notes to teachers (or PSPs) concerning what deficits in the application need to be amended. These notes will be sent to teachers in the order that the applications were received.
The final deadline for all projects (not needing pre-approval) is Jan 30.
Responses to notes should go to the address from which they were sent, and the project number must be on the subject line of the email note.
