Group Check-In for Middle School Projects

Group Project Check-In WEDNESDAY March 14.

Middle School designated parents or teachers (not students) who will be bringing six or more ACCEPTED projects to Check-In on March 14th may request assistance (Group Check-In) by sending an e-mail now to the Fair Manager via the contact page on this website.  Please include the following information:

  1. Name of the person who will be doing the check-in.
  2. List of the project numbers for all projects they will be bringing.  Project numbers are given on the Project Status  web page.)
  3. The empty time slot you wish to register (schedule is shown below).


If you are checking in all your projects, you don’t have to list each one, just indicate “ALL PROJECTS” in your email. Please pre-register for GROUP CHECK-IN at the fair by e-mail before March 1st.

Teachers must bring a completed Compliance-Checklist & 2018-Abstract (10+ copies) for each project on Check-In Day. Students need not be present.

Teachers will receive their students’ registration materials including NameBadges to deliver to their students before the fair.  Group Check-In board processing ends at 5PM on Check-In day March 14.
