Group Check-In for Middle School Projects

Group Check-In for middle school projects is on Wednesday, March 12, from 12 to 3:30pm

Middle School teachers who will bring five or more ACCEPTED projects to check in may request a time slot for Group Check-In by sending an email to the Fair Administrator via the contact page.  Please include the following information:

  1. Name of the person (teacher or designated parent but not a student) who will do the check-in. That person may check in projects for multiple teachers.
  2. List of the project numbers or “ALL PROJECTS” if every one of a teacher’s Accepted projects will be checked in. (Project numbers are listed by teacher on the Project Status web page.)
  3. The empty time slot you want (see the schedule below).

Teachers will receive a confirmation by email of their Group Check-In time slot.

Students need not be present for Group Check-In.

Bring to Group Check-In:

At Group Check-In, teachers will receive their students’ registration materials including Name Badges to deliver to their students before the fair.
