Group Check-In for Middle School Projects

Group Check-In for middle school projects is on Wednesday, March 14, from noon to 5

Please register for GROUP CHECK-IN by e-mail to the Fair Administrator before March 6.

Middle School teachers who have six or more ACCEPTED projects to check in may request a time slot for Group Check-In by sending e-mail to the Fair Administrator via the contact page.  Please include the following information:

  1. Name of the person (teacher or designated parent but not a student) who will do the check-in.
  2. List of the project numbers or “ALL PROJECTS” if every one of a teacher’s Accepted projects will be checked in. (Project numbers are listed by teacher on the Project Status web page.)
  3. The empty time slot you want (see the schedule below).

 

Students need not be present for Group Check-In.

Bring to Group Check-In:

 

Teachers will receive their students’ registration materials including NameBadges to deliver to their students before the fair.
